Are you an experienced logistics professional looking for a dynamic role in airfreight? We’re seeking a Shift Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, support customer queries, and ensure efficient freight handling. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a mix of hands-on work and administrative tasks, this could be the perfect role for you!
Location: Heathrow, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
What Will You Be Doing?
- Managing the mailbox and responding to customer queries, escalations, and requests.
- Operating a forklift to safely load and unload freight.
- Processing inbound and outbound shipments using GXD and WMS systems.
- Ensuring freight is sorted and handled in line with customer SOPs.
- Prioritising warehouse operations based on incoming requests.
- Updating systems and records to ensure accurate freight tracking.
About You
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics, ideally in airfreight.
- A valid forklift license with hands-on experience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
