    At Schenker Guatemala we are looking for an Air Field Sales to be part of our team, for our office in Guatemala, who will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing businesses and promote new clients and businesses.


    What will be your challenges?

     

    • Prepare weekly schedule of in-person and virtual visits to real and potential clients.
    • Record a daily report of each of the visits made in the Sales Cloud system.
    • Conduct appointment prospecting process through different means such as business social networks (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator), emails, phone calls to potential clients, in order to contact appointments to learn about their needs and opportunities for presentation of our logistics services portfolio.
    • Record and update daily opportunities in the Sales Cloud sales system, compliance with established KPIs, Volume, Status of opportunities, estimated decision date and start and end date of operations.
    • Carry out the preparation, preparation and control of quotes.
    • In-person or virtual meeting internally or with the client for the implementation of new businesses.

    What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

     

    • At least 5 years of experience in logistics sales, supply chain or freight transport.
    • Experience and practical knowledge of CRM systems. (mandatory)
    • Verifiable experience in GP.
    • Knowledge of air traffic for full loads and consolidated cargo of importance and export.
    • Knowledge of quotes and national and international regulations for freight traffic.
    • Geographical knowledge of the main international airports.
    • Incoterms, customs clearance, logistics processes.
    • Good computer skills, MS Office and Excel.

     

    Competences:

     

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the customers and negotiation skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Solution oriented.
    • Fluent English (oral & written).
