- Maintains application support processes and ensures all support requests are handled according to procedures
- Uses application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics.
- Prioritises and diagnoses incidents according to established procedures
- Investigates the causes of incidents and seeks solutions
- Escalates unresolved incidents in order to fulfil SLA requirements
- Initiates and monitors actions to investigate and resolve problems
- Assists in implementing agreed-upon corrective and preventive measures
- Performs agreed-upon application maintenance tasks
- Supports “Go Live” after the introduction of new solutions
- Supports the processing of service requests
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions or relevant experience in Warehouse Management System
- Competent in ITIL processes (Incident and Problem management)
- Experience with ITSM tool.
- Commitment to quality and the ability to quickly and effectively adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Ability to learn quickly with the capability to understand and handle complexity, resolving any issues found quickly and accurately
- A good team member who can work on their own initiative but operates within a team
- Proficiency in English and Polish at B2 level
- Ability to work shifts 6:00-14:00, 8:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00
Nice to have:
- Knowledge in SQL querying
- Experience with WMS
- ITIL certification
- Proficiency in German at B2

The WMS Application Support Specialist ensures the smooth operation of IT service management processes, which includes ensuring the efficient functioning of applications. Tasks typically involve investigating and resolving issues, as well as monitoring performance and configuring software parameters. The WMS Application Specialist works closely with the on-site support specialist (superuser) and other service providers.
