Virtual Operator Data Executive

General Description

• Update milestones and schedules for Global Ocean Freight.
• Ensure the accurate and timely update the milestones and schedules for movement of cargo to- and from specific locations within standard timeline from the company.

Key Tasks

• Daily vet the data from data dashboards, user interface and perform the tasks based on different statuses.
• Make decision which are the most accurate events from different data sources.
• Add or update the source data before sending the data.
• Proactively compare data from different sources and made adjustment for information in user interface if necessary.
• Timely and accurate completion of tasks in user interface.
• Click DO SEND/DO NOT SEND for each event in user interface.
• Resolve any issues that come up about events/schedules from Virtual Operators.

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Work experience in a global forwarding/logistics company.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Other languages (written and spoken) will be an added advantage.
