Customer Service Clerk, Land Transport

• Co-ordinate and schedule in-land transport movements - pick-up and deliveries, and cowork with vendors and warehouse CSs and operators.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and transportation vendors to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure.
• Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and vnedors and customer.
• Receive and re-act for special requirements or instructions from the customers.
• Preparation of monthly performance reports to customers.
• Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.

• College graduate
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in air freight forwarding / shipping / logistics operations or in high volume distribution environment such as cosmetics, electronic appliances/ component preferred.
• Computer literate, especially in Word and Excel
• Good English and Mandarin communication capability
• Good team player
• Work location: Dayuan Site, Taoyuan
