Your tasks
Position Description Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely posting of daily cash receipts, credit card processing, posting of journal entries, and assisting with all other necessary A/R applications. Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): · Process incoming payments. · Record journal entries. · Research and solve payment discrepancies. · Process credit card payments and credits. · Make adjustments to accounts as needed. · Prepare daily manual deposits. · Filing. · Completes special reports and projects as needed The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
