Responsibilities:
• Achieves individual and team objectives set by SLA (Service Contracts) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
• Deliver and manage P&O Day to day activities and operational solutions during employee’s life cycle from entry to exit such as: contract creation, onboarding, offboarding, salary review, bonuses, reporting.
• Support and provide professional advice to Employees and Managers in all personnel-related topics: (contracts, addendums, personnel file, etc.)
• Support in-country G&PS team with different admin tasks.
• Collaborate with P&O BPs, People Excellence Teams, managers, and employees.
• Manage local benefits and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Maintain knowledge management system.
• Provide administrative system support to employees and managers.
• Update, input data into P&O system accurately and maintain data integrity.
• Continuously develop and improve P&O processes and support implementation of new P&O tools and processes.
• Perform other tasks given by the manager.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources/P&O
• Studies in economics / business administration / psychology / HR administration / business / labor law or comparable
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, continuous improvement mindset and self-initiative
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize
• High level of attention to detail
• Independent, proactive, responsive, and reliable way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese and very good English
• High level of attention to detail
• Prioritization skills
• Computer literacy, ability to work with different HR information systems.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
