Act as Subject Matter Expert in P&O administrative processes, playing a pivotal role in standardization & harmonization of the end-to-end P&O processes across Region Europe.
Responsibilities
• Achieves individual and team KPIs set, implements improvement, correction and prevention measures for the specific situations
• Involved in implementation of SAP EC in European countries by creating awareness about global processes & defining local adjustments
• Requesting changes in global SAP EC template according to the defined procedure
• Representing Europe in discussions around global SAP EC processes
• Minimizing the local changes in the global SAP EC template
• Driving standardization & harmonization of the administrative P&O processes like new entry, exit, transfer in Europe in alignment with global team
• Prepare process flow & documentation and keep it up-to-date
• Be engaged in P&O process integration with DSV
• Prepare transition of P&O administrative tasks to SSC in Romania according to global strategy
• Collaboration with global and cluster teams
• Lead other projects/activities (e.g. organizational, innovation, IT related topics, transition) as per the European roadmap
• Contribute to establishment of one People Services for Germany – only with German skills
• Work closely with global, regional & cluster P&O, tribes and senior management with regards to P&O Projects & Change Management
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, taking into consideration communication, change management and appropriate engagement for all levels of the organization
• Other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or a similar educational background.
• Previous experience in process optimization projects/ continuous improvement of 4 years
• Deep understanding of process design, process implementation and process evaluation
• IT affinity and experience in digitization and process automation technologies in P&O area (e.g. SAP, Workday is a plus )
• Very good understanding of all P&O processes especially administrative processes
• Good management of MS Office applications (Excel, Power point)
• Strategic & tactical stakeholders management and influencing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German will be a plus) both up and down the organizational levels
• Able to make independent decisions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-task and highly matrixed environment, and connect effectively with business leaders
• Intercultural knowledge and sensitivity as well as strong service culture and customer-oriented attitude
• Willing to travel overseas for trainings, workshops, project meetings.
