OKAM Associate II

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with customers for region-wide business processes and operational issues.
• Establish and utilize KPIs with customers to drive internal process implementation and future improvements.
• Develop and document SOPs to ensure consistent operational integrity.
• Integrate customer IT requirements with technical staff to expedite report development, distribution, and analysis.
• Analyze workflows and develop new processes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage and implement projects.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements that benefit the customer.

Primary Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong assertiveness, critical decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to promote a high-performance culture.
• Comfortable presenting at the executive level.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Learn automated data processing concepts and tools.
• Understand data communications hardware and software.
• Utilize computer application skills to present client reports in various formats (e.g., spreadsheet, narrative, graphic).
