Responsibilities:
- Achieves individual and team objectives set by SLA (Service Contracts) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
- Coordinate and administrate regional Air & Ocean reports;
- Source figures and statistics from different systems and compile reports;
- Using existing solutions evaluating Cluster/Country performance (Open Activities, Extra Charge Codes, Invoice Accuracy (Cancelations), Data Quality);
- Actively approaching Cluster/Countries in order to improve performance;
- Container days spent monitoring (in port/outside port);
- Related Data Quality evaluation;
- Finding gaps and providing feedback;
- Monitor & report tool usage;
- Monitor & report financial results;
- Actively participate on Monthly/Quarterly status calls;
- Pro-actively find gaps and suggest solutions;
- Escalate conflicts and issues to RHO;
- Ensure reports distribution according to established protocols;
- Data validation and sanity checks;
- Support mapping process for newly implemented countries;
- Trainings for new users (tool usage and mapping process);
- Follow up on mapping requests from “live” countries;
- Run pro-active checks in order to discover potential gaps;
- Follow up on technical request claimed by countries;
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes;
- Previous work experience in Reporting or Business Information Management (preferably);
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Economics;
- Willing to travel overseas for training and/or review meetings;
- Ability to manage high workloads by prioritizing. Time-management skills. High level of attention to details and accuracy;
- Very strong focus on details, figures and statistics;
- Works in a rigorous and transparent manner that ensures efficient task completion;
- Fluent spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred);
- Advanced experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.), with good level of data modelling tools (Excel, Power query etc);
- Basic understanding of data modeling;
- Experience in Power BI, SBI, Microsoft apps (SharePoint, Teams, Flows);
