    Currency adjustment in the international road transport

    The currency adjustment is a formula for automatic modification of the amount of Schenker Sp. z o.o.’s payment for international road transport services performed in accordance with exchange rate differences independent of Schenker Sp. z o.o. in relation to currencies in which costs have been incurred or revenues have been gained.

    The currency adjustment reflects changes in the EUR exchange rate against the PLN.

    The base rate is the annual weighted average exchange rate of the EUR against the PLN in 2023 as published by the National Bank of Poland at www.nbp.pl.

    Share of costs expressed in PLN: 65%
