- Realizes the management of responsible distribution center and operations business process which is committed the conditions and prescreened time and cost in accordance with the quality standards
- Being in a communication with support departments to satisfy both domestic and foreign customers and follows the process
- Ensures that operations and administrative processes are carried out in accordance with the budget of the locations which are under his/her responsibility
- Ensures management and development of warehouse operation teams which are under his/her responsibility
- Acts on behalf of the company in all legal matters related to the plant and operation
- Makes reportings and presentations requested by DB Schenker Arkas management
- Ensures job diversification, management and sustainability of teams job loyalty at long term business
- Maintains order, communication and coordination within the DC and operation
- Relevant Bachelor Degree (Masters preferable)
- Managerial experience in similar role in logistics sector
- Command of warehousing and administrative functions
- MS Office user experience
- Preferably good knowledge of English
