Support all facility equipment during normal operation. Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment and maintains facility in top condition
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Perform minor repairs using a variety of tools on all ground support and facility equipment, including troubleshooting.
• Routinely inspects and maintains building and installed systems including but not limited to packaging and handling machinery, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, drains, shop and grounds.
• Assists with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Responds in a timely fashion to problems related to facility maintenance and repair.
• Must be able to be trained in the operation of material handling equipment and the changing of MHE batteries.
• Support small warehouse projects.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills:
• 3-5 years of industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather.
• Able to use all basic equipment to perform housekeeping functions related to the facility.
• Must be detail oriented and accurate when processing documentation.
• Team player
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Able to climb, balance, stop, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 50 lbs.
