Operational Controller (f/m/d)

Your tasks: 

• You streamline our finance processes and ensure a good structure and process in our controlling division
• You lead our controlling division and take on leadership tasks 
• You will oversee the financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and contribute to process improvement
• You work closely with colleagues in our operations and Administration and continuously improve the financial handling processes 
• You are coordinating the month-end closing in collaboration with different stakeholders of the Business Unit Air NL
• You are a sparring partner for management
• You manage and monitor cost control and operational accounting 
• You analyze the financial result against the established Budget and draw up plans to improve the financial result and monitor progress
• You develop and prepare periodic reports on operational volumes and activities, performance, KPIs and quality and you actively come up with proposals for improvement

Your profile:

• You have completed a university education in the direction of business economics/accountancy or similar
• You have proven experience as a (junior) operational controller, preferably within logistics or transport industry
• You have first experience in leading a team
• You have a great sense of responsibility, integrity and you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language both in word and writing
