This is a business analyst role reporting to the Head of Operation for APAC. The role is to provide support for APAC countries with the following:
- Support Schenker managed APAC countries on financial budgeting.
- Support Schenker managed APAC countries on billing process.
- PO Management on Schenker managed APAC countries.
- Onboarding & Offboarding of Schenker staffs in APAC countries.
- Collaboration with Customers on financial, billing, PO, HR onboarding & offboarding, etc.
- Support on information related to QBR, MBR for consolidation with all APAC countries.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Responsible for supporting financial budgeting with close collaboration with APAC countries.
- Participate financial budget reviews with customers.
- Responsible for all supporting billing submission by APAC countries.
- Responsible for consolidating all billing details into an agreed template.
- Responsible for logistics spends analysis for all APAC countries.
- Responsible to resolve any billing issues with Customers.
- Responsible to track & inform if PO is sufficient against logistic spends.
- Coordination of financial process between Global & Regional Level.
- Consistent financial reporting on a Global & Regional Level.
- Responsible for SOW pricing renewal by working with APAC countries on submission.
- Responsible for new staffs onboarding process by working with APAC countries.
- Responsible for staffs offboarding process by working with APAC countries.
- Responsible on IDV process by working with APAC countries.
- Work closely with APAC countries to prepare the MBR / QBR reports.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical skills & good with data + statistical analysis.
- Proficiency with numbers.
- Demonstrate business analyst soft skill.
- Good communication with internal & external stakeholders.
- Ability to engage, challenge stakeholders on financial numbers.
- Must be self-starter with positive attitude to overcome problems effectively and able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience as Business Analysts will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant fields.
- Knowledge and experience in budgeting and other financial skills
