Specific Tasks and Responsibilities

Deployment Phase Support

· Master Data Setup in TANGO Master Data and eQuotePro Master Data

· RCM Setup in TANGO RCM

·  eQuotePro Access Validation

eQuotePro Data Quality

·  Validating number of quote created per day by APAC countries

·  Validating Quote Status against validity period

·  Validating Quote Entry Issue for quote(s) that is/are near/over validity period

·  Sharing outcome of above with countries involved

·  Following up to close the gap with the countries involved

eQuotePro Support

·  First line of escalation for inquiry for country before raise a ticket

Minimum Selling Rate Audit

·  Validating MSR coverage for gaps in the shipment lanes

·  Following up with countries to close the gaps

·  Applicable for Main, Origin and Destination

Uploading of RCM Rates

·  Supporting countries to align the rates to be uploaded to RCM

·  Supporting countries to upload the rates into RCM

Other Tasks

·  Contributes improvement ideas

·  Manage relationship with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions.

·  Other task that the stakeholder will migrate in relation to Ocean Activities.

·  Train new members and conduct process refresher/alignment training.

·  Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals (DTP) when required

·  Participate actively on all required team meetings

·  Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers

·  Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy

·  Daily Huddle board updates

Daily update of Productivity files

Primary Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• 0-2 years working experience
• Ocean Freight / Ocean Business Knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft office specifically Excel and PowerPoint presentation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Problem solving ability
• Good analytical skills.
• God knowledge of Microsoft application
• Excellent written and spoken English language
