ISC Program Manager BENELUX

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for an ambitious ISC Program Manager BENELUX to join our team! In this multifaceted role, you will be the driving force behind our Intercontinental Supply Chain solutions. 

What will you do? 

• Optimize the supply chain: Utilize the latest digital technologies to make processes more efficient and effective. 
• Bridge operations and IT: Act as the link between operational needs and IT solutions to ensure seamless processes. 
• Support project management: Guide customer-focused projects and bring Continuous Improvement to life.
• Lead new business implementations: Develop SOPs, set KPIs, and design impactful solutions. 
• Strengthen customer relationships: Organize and lead customer presentations and quarterly reviews to deepen partnerships. 
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with our product teams to enhance performance and take proactive action where needed. 
• Focus on KPIs and improvement: Ensure customer KPIs are exceeded, with continuous improvement as a top priority. 
• Contribute to innovative solutions: Participate in designing and implementing solutions for various customers, continually expanding your expertise.

• Experience in ocean freight: At least 5 years of experience, including knowledge of operational procedures. 
• Project management and change management skills: Proven ability to lead projects and successfully implement change. 
• Analytical mindset: A structured approach, attention to detail, and a data-driven mentality. 
• Proactive and customer-focused: You’re results-oriented and always keep customer needs at the forefront. 
• Experience in Purchase Order Management: Familiarity with Freight Management and Buyer Consolidation is a plus.
