Reporting Associate I

• Ensure on-time and accurate generation of reports according to the required KPI of account assignment. 

• Compilation and review of monthly management reports of which KPIs and centralized reporting are fed. 

• Execute various customer reports as required / requested by clients including ad-hoc task(s). 

• Initiate Reporting team projects and continuous process improvement. 

• Create and maintain documentation related to reporting standards and guidelines. 

• Establish a proactive and harmonious communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment. 

• Perform admin task(s) as requested by the Direct Supervisor.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. 

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 

• Preferably 1-year Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. 

• Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline.

• Obtain a general understanding of MS Office and how to utilize its functionality to his/her work.

• Can work on a Mid Shift schedule
