    What you will enjoy doing (duties/tasks):

    • Prospect new business opportunities in the air logistics market.
    • Provide logistics services that meet market competitiveness while representing the Schenker brand.
    • Implement all steps of a technical sale, from client engagement to the initiation of operations.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve profit goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor shipments and identify potential risks that could impact smooth operations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to meet or exceed targets.

    What you need to succeed (qualifications, experience, skills, attributes):

    • Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or International Affairs.
    • Advanced proficiency in English (required).
    • 3–4 years of experience in outdoor/indoor air sales or equivalent in commerce (to be validated with hiring manager).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
