    Coordinates pricing collections from Schenker stations and Regional Pricing Management as part of the Spot Tender Management Process.

    • Utilize the usage of RCM and eQuote Pro as a tool for rates collection if applicable.

    • Works closely with Product Management, APAC countries, Key Account Management and other regions’ Spot quote team on the pricing aspect of the Spot Request.

    • Conducts quality, logical, sanity and plausibility check of the submissions received from different Schenker Stations.

    • Ensures timely submission of Spot Request with top quality to Sales or Customer.

    • Prepare and maintain regular reports required by Management.

    • Adhere to the SOP and KPI as set by the Management in handling Spot Request.

    Admin Role/tasks

    • Monitors emails & requests and distributes them to the team members.

    • Drives process improvement initiatives through process standardization and best practice sharing

    • Manage relationships with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions.

    • Supports Leads for Group Coordination, Improvement Initiatives, and Projects needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives.
