Operations Assistant - Contract Logistics/SCM, Operations

This position is to perform the Good received and issuing process in WMS and general duties. * Performing Good Receive within 24 hours * Send to customer the POD on time * Attend to customer order via mail / system * Printing of pick list and handover to picker * Confirm the order pick are correctly done * Generate Delivery Order * Perform the Invoice for custom purpose * Printing of cycle count list. * Perform all documents filling accordingly * Practice 5S concept and housekeeping are done promptly * Ensure ISO standards and procedures are adhered at all time * Understand company culture and goals and proactively contribute job efficiency and productivity

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience in warehouse/logistics or the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent Communication.
• Must possess own transport.
