タスク
- Recommend improvements and drive alignment across product development teams
- Help the product owner, topic lead and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Facilitate the team for better creativity and improve the efficiency of the development team
- Serve as a Coach and Mentor within the organization to facilitate adoption and maturity
- Support proactively the continuous communication and information flow between the agile teams & stakeholders
要求事項
- Knowledge of Agile & Lean values and principles
- Experience in product driven development environment
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
- Experience with successful Agile techniques implementation
- Understanding of Azure, AWS, VMware
- Knowledge about Agile supportive software delivery techniques like: User Stories , Continues Delivery, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Good skills to coach team to follow agile scrum
- Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs , understanding of iterative and incremental development
- Stakeholder management, negotiation & communication skills
- Agile mentoring including organization of trainings and workshops
- Planning Experience
- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, etc.
- JIRA/Confluence experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Excellent English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:
- Understanding cloud migration and general IT infrastructure concepts.
