Specific Tasks and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison with customers for region-wide business processes and operational issues.
Establish and utilize KPIs with customers to drive internal process implementation and future improvements.
Develop and document SOPs to ensure consistent operational integrity.
Integrate customer IT requirements with technical staff to expedite report development, distribution, and analysis.
Analyze workflows and develop new processes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Manage and implement projects.
Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements that benefit the customer.

Primary Qualifications

Bachelor's/College Degree in Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong assertiveness, critical decision-making, and analytical skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to promote a high-performance culture.
Comfortable presenting at the executive level.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Learn automated data processing concepts and tools.
Understand data communications hardware and software.
Utilize computer application skills to present client reports in various formats (e.g., spreadsheet, narrative, graphic).
