MY - Senior Supervisor - Contract Logistics/SCM, Operations

• Determine, plan & organize the daily order fulfillment target, the shipping documentation, Workhour OT update & monitoring outbound shipment handover process to carriers. • Plan, prepare and revise work schedules and duty assignments according to budget, workloads, customer needs, problems, etc. • Resolve customer and work issues or problems within own level of authority and communicate or escalate with concerned parties (i.e. immediate superior, manager, partner, customer, other department, etc.) to resolve and expedite action/s. • Train employees in their assignment task, safety procedures and requirements of both company and customer. • Properly file, update and maintain all company documents and records. • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by management and customers (i.e. irregularity, Productivity, KPIs, DDR report, CDD report, TMS, Freight Forecast, Customer Billing and Quality, etc.) To prepare and generate daily and weekly order fulfillment patterns for Management. • Coordinate with customers on the Urgent/Exception pull request, Off-On-hold request and work with operation team to submit shipping documents on time. • Ensure and lead new staff on board and prepare On Job Training portfolio. • Motivate staff and plan their Individual Training Plan with Superior. • Coordinate with the Operation team if any rework/screening/scrap activities are required as per Customer requirements.

• STPM/Diploma • Certification in Communication Skills and SAP hands-on is an added advantage. • Able to speak and write in English. • Computer literate (Microsoft and Excel). • Possess a valid driving license and own transport preferred.
