Finance Contracts Administrator

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Review and identify areas of contract risk, notification, and presentation of alternatives for management of such risk as they pertain to Finance.

• Liaison between Contract Management and Finance for all Customer related contracts, agreements, and documentation.

• Work closely with credit team for timely / urgent preparation of write-ups for senior management review and approval/rejection of terms which are not consistent with already established policy.

• Updating contract terms based on managerial approvals and communication of these approvals to all relevant parties.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• Highly proficient in verbal and written English.

• Extremely high written and oral communications required due to potential negotiation.

• 1-2 years of related experience.

• Prior contract review experience is desired.

• Ability to read and understand financial statements to determine the financial worthiness of a company is required.
