Senior Manager, HSSE

• Overall responsibility and compliance for HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environmental) matters in the Freight & Logistics Department.
• Ensure compliance with all latest Laws & Regulations, Customer Standards, and Schenker Standards pertaining to HSSE.
• Maintain, update, improve, develop, and implement HSSE standards and policies in consultation with Operations.
• Interface with Corporate Compliance Team for communication with Schenker Regional/Global.
• To develop and lead HSSE organization both Freight & Logistics and ensure all appropriate training is provided to all staff as necessary.
• Support sale and business development teams in designing and solution according to potential business/customer bidding.
• Support and be a lead member of project implementation with concerning HSSE.
• Managing all HSSE standard i.e. ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO28001, TAPA, C-TPAT, etc.

• Have a minimum of 10 years of experiences in both safety and security.

• Relevant Work Experience - Advanced knowledge of Logistics & Freight operations.
• Communication Skills - Must have very good written and oral communications.
• Required to speak effectively before groups of Senior Management, clients, subcontractors, and/or employees of the organization.

• Hold safety and security certificates such as TAPA, ISO45001, ISO14000, ISO28000.
• At least hold Safety Professional Certificate.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Computer literate: Microsoft words, excel, power-points and/or Visio.
• Able to travel extensively with own transportation.
