    Commercial Planning & Performance Management

    • Responsible for budget process and alignment with regional and BU. 
    • Support data for performance management for Key account and BU Sales.
    • Driving sales performance standards & KPIs among commercial team. 
    • Responsible on data quality management thru data quality monitoring and improvement. 
    • Ensure that the regular sales related reports and analysis generate and distribute on time.
    • Manage customer segmentation and account assignment within commercial department.
    • Engage in business process improvement to increase efficiency in an organization.
    • Promote a usage of system and automation tool within commercial department to accelerate overall efficiency. 
    • Full deployment of sales systems; Usage, training, and implementation.
    • Develop business insights thru overall data analysis include both internal and external data to enhance business and strategy development. 

    Others

    • Aligned and execute commercial strategy for Mekong Cluster market with Global and regional.
    • Support on marketing activity.
    • Others task assigned by manager
    • A successful track record of 4-6 years working experience related to role and responsibility. 
    • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. 
    • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
    • Experiance in Freight Forwarder, Logistics or in CRM-driven sales operations function with an international industry leader or in an multination company is preferred
    • Sales Process and freight forwarding market knowledge is a plus
    • Must be a team player but also able to work on own initiative
    • Independent, energetic, self-starter, pro-active, adaptable and able to prioritize and manage multiple task 
    • Professional expertise in performance & KPI management, budgeting process with strong data management, data analytical skill and high computer literate.
    • Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Have basic knowledge in Database management, Data entity, Data flow diagram and BI tool is a plus. 
    • Resourceful and creative team player with good interpersonal skills. 
    • Proficiency in English
