Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time and accurate generation of reports according to the required KPI of account assignment.
- Compilation and review of monthly management reports of which KPIs and centralized reporting are fed.
- Execute various customer reports as required / requested by clients including ad-hoc task(s).
- Initiate Reporting team projects and continuous process improvement. • Create and maintain documentation related to reporting standards and guidelines.
- Establish a proactive and harmonious communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.
- Perform admin task(s) as requested by the Direct Supervisor.
Primary Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-year Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline.
- Obtain a general understanding of MS Office and how to utilize its functionality to his/her work.
- Can work on a Mid Shift schedule
