    Specific Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Specializes in collecting, organizing, and then analyzing the data from multiple project, data sources, and relevant systems like SAP, SAP Business Intelligence, SnowFlake.
    • Builds data models, diagnoses, validates, and improves the performance of these models over time in addition to creating efficient and reusable DAX, Power query, SQL queries, R Scripts.
    • Analytical role for developing KPIs within the business for the purpose of identifying trends and evaluating the success of the business’s initiatives.
    • Develops models and ad hoc reports, sharing observations and recommendations with senior data management, executives, and stakeholders for further consideration.
    • Data analysis, data preparation, accuracy, and developing reports for different stakeholder groups following established SLAs & KPIs framework and definitions.
    • Develop and present dashboard project using Business Intelligence tool, i.e., Power BI.
    • Provide period, monthly performance metric and month end management reporting data sets, while ensuring timely delivery of accurate information to the relevant stakeholder groups.
    • Advise on improvements of reporting process with regards to data extraction and report preparation.
    • Some SQL knowledge (good to have) meant for the improvement, manipulation, and analysis of data.
    • Responsible for technical aspect of reporting in collaboration with local and HQ IT (data sources, queries, report layouts).
    • Provides guidance in the end-to-end process of Power BI reports development to Data Analysts, when needed.
    • Reviews and provides suggestions on the documentation of each dashboard development in accordance to the organization's standards.
    • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.

    Primary Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Finance or Information technology or any equivalent course welcomed).
    • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Honest, innovative, motivated, flexible.
    • Great team player, also able to work independently and independently manage small projects.
    • Minimum two years of preparation, data analysis and data extraction experience.
    • Strong background in automation / BI solutions (PowerBI) and experience in working with them.
    • Experience in assisting in the evaluation and development of enhancements to automate process for reporting purposes.
    • Proficiency in using MS365 applications.
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills for stakeholders' communication, interpersonal skills, and intercultural. competency including the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.
    • Proven relationship building & stakeholder management skills.
    • Effective communication skills across a range of audiences in different countries.
    • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce.
    • Experience in reporting covering SGBS Processes and reporting SLAs, and KPIs.


    Secondary Qualifications

    • Knowledge of SAP and understanding of relevant data structure, data extraction, data preparation and data visualization tool. (e.g. SAP BW) as a plus.
    • Familiarity with analytics and processes of other operational lanes (such as Finance, Sales) is an advantage.
    • Interest in data analytics, reporting and BI technologies.
    • Proven presentation skills, analytical, structured way of working.
    • Project management experience (a plus).
    • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as, but not limited to, R, Python, and VBA (a plus)
