Hourly Rate: $18.25 This is a 12 hour rotating day shift (6pm to 6am).
* Sweep mop, and sanitize operations floors.
* Take out/empty trash receptacles.
* Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and office areas.
* Vacuum and sweep office areas.
* Picks-up and remove trash and refuse.
* May perform minor maintenance and repairs.
* May provide material delivery services as requested.
* This is an entry-level position.
* Good interpersonal skills required.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Generally prefer 0-2 years of experience.
