• Understand and comply to all warehouse related safety, quality &
operating processes.
• Perform 5S in warehouse.
• Handle the logistics expectations of the customers
• Handle enquiries such as inventory availability, order status,
shipping instructions and any special customer request.
• Timely processing of orders received.
• Schedule orders and work with warehouse to ensure orders are
picked and packed to meet on time delivery.
• Coordinate with inspection organization for export shipments
• Liaise with forwarders on import & export shipments.
• To carry out processes that comply to QHSE, AIB requirement,
Food Defense Program and Halal Compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for the services rendered.
• Assist his / her executive or manager whenever necessary.
• Involvement of procurement activities.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service for Diploma Holder
- Open to fresh graduate for Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service.
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment
