• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Solution Designers to define requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints. 
• Technology Evaluation: Assess new technologies, frameworks and tools to recommend the best fit for the organization. 
• Integration & Scalability: Design integration strategies for various systems, ensuring high availability, security and scalability. 
• Documentation: Maintain detailed architecture diagrams, guidelines and technical documentation for future reference. 
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in technology solutions and recommend mitigation strategies. 
• Compliance & Security: Ensure that solutions comply with industry regulations, security best practices and enterprise policies. 

• Good knowledge in system architecture design and implementation of complex distributed systems incl. legacy applications 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups and functions
• Expertise in development of application architecture 
• Deep knowledge in software development lifecycles, software engineering and software design 
• Fluency in written and spoken English 
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving attitude
