    Execution of Global Tender process, strategy and exemplary deployment of Global Tender Management tool (GTP). Safeguarding high quality and excellence in all operative tender related activities. Consulting and supporting stakeholders to support commercial success of tenders. 

    Tasks & Responsibilities: 

    •Support Commercial growth agenda and enabling tender wins 

    •Successful execution of the end-to-end tender management process in compliance with global standard operating procedures (SOP) 

    •Implement strategic approach, goals and targets of Global Tender Management. 

    •Exemplary GTP usage and quality performance 

    •Acts as Key interfaces for Business Units and Account Managers 

    •Is informed about updates on global/ regional /cluster pricing process 

    •Building the bridge between all involved stakeholders in the TM process 

    •Interpret and/ or analyze tender report data from Global Tender Process (GTP) and provide input for enhancement of available dashboard 

    •Participate in Region Europe Tender Management relevant discussions or projects globally, regionally and in the clusters 

    •Educate stakeholders on the process and their deliverables within the process

    Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills: 

    •Relevant experience in sales– experience in tenders or procurement 

    •Understanding of air-/sea- and-or land transport 

    •High affinity for provision of services / sales-oriented person/attitude 

    •Strong analytical and project management skills •Commitment to task and result focused associated with a proactive mindset. High level of self-motivation and flexibility 

    •High sense for interdisciplinary collaboration and ability to align different stakeholders 

    •Efficient communication skills, both written and verbal •Fluent spoken and written English (business and presentation fluent) 

    •Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.).
