    * Collaborate with the Operation Team to define business strategy and objectives that can be supported and enhanced. * Design and develop Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) to meet business requirements. * Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. * Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement using Power Platform tools. * Develop and implement streamlined workflows and applications to enhance operational efficiency. * Work closely with business units to gather requirements and understand pain points. * Strong presentation skills and able to articulate, communicate and present to multiple stakeholders. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholders are proficient in deliverable tools. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in business processes. * Manage data consistency and quality across different platforms.
    * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in business architecture, warehousing, digitization, innovation solutioning, or related roles. * Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, etc.) * Lean Six Sigma and Business Analytics qualification will have added advantage. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in designing and developing Power Platform solutions. * Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning. * Self-starter, resourceful and innovative. * Adaptable to fast moving working environment.
