    Arbetsuppgifter

    Would you like to support a dynamic team in the pursuit of excellence?
    As soon as possible, we are looking for you for a working Student position (20h/week) for DB Schenker in Frankfurt.
    Your Main tasks would be:
    • To support the Regional Operational Excellence team in maintaining global standards for Air freight products in Europe
    • Support in monitoring and producing KPI reports and analysis tools
    • Assist, coordinate and contribute to monthly Country/Cluster alignment calls
    • Support in developing new reports and dashboards to analyse and monitor KPI's and trends
    • Actively contribute to regular OPEX Team meetings to drive standards within the organisation
    • Helping to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKR) cycles for the region
    • You support in ongoing OPEX projects and deployment activities
    Supporting, updating and refreshing current presentation materials to ensure it is accurate and consistent with company standards

    Din profil

    Requirements:
    • Pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field, with a strong academic record
    • Proficient in MS Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros using VBA
    • Experience in building and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models, with a good understanding of DAX functions and their applications
    • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, allowing for efficient data extraction, manipulation and modelling
    • Experiences with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to work within cross-functional teams
    • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to apply quantitative methods to solve real-world problems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
