Key Account Specialist

Location: Immingham, UK

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

What will you be doing?

• Receiving and processing all customer orders through various platforms in a timely manner.
• Liaising with clients daily to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Sourcing the optimum solutions for our clients' needs, taking into consideration lead-times and cost.
• Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out for each Key Account.
• Developing relationships with internal networks and third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Providing all services as set out within the individual Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

About You

• Experience in a similar role in Land Freight with knowledge of international and domestic transport highly desirable.
• Customs process knowledge desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and building excellent client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Flexibility to handle changing priorities and additional duties as needed.
