Job Overview

 Our Intercompany Accounting Cooridnator will ensure timely reconciliation of netting Partner accounts, non-netting Partner accounts & Agent accounts.  End-to-end A/R & A/P (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable) reconciliation of statements, to ensure timely research & posting of agreed items, and handling of unreconciled items.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
 * Experience with ERP financial management systems (SAP preferred)
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word) is required.
* Intermediate-level Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, charting).
 * Ability to learn quickly and adapt in dynamic, fast-paced situations.
 * Good written and oral communication skills  (Moderate English skills are required.  Medium to strong English skills are preferred).
 * Strong interpersonal skills, with focus on Customer service, for both internal and external Customers.
 * A work ethic based on a strong desire to develop others and exceed expectations.
 * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance or accounting
 * High school diploma or equivalent required. 
 * Associates Degree in accounting or finance related field is preferred.
