- Handling incoming and outgoing calls;
- Handling outgoing and incoming correspondence and packages;
- Ordering office access cards;
- Handling parking cards and the parking system;
- Taking care of the appropriate decor and cleanliness of the office;
- Ordering food and office supplies;
- Serving guests and their registration process;
- Reporting faults, supervising service;
- Cooperation with external suppliers, ensuring deliveries to the office;
- Booking conference rooms and support in organized meetings, town halls;
- Support in organizing events organized by the company;
- Support in organizing business trips for other employees;
- Support in the onboarding process;
- Performing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
The contract will be concluded by an external supplier.
- Experience in a similar position;
- Enthusiasm, independence and great commitment to work;
- Responsibility, communication skills;
- Good work organization;
- Knowledge of MS Office and office equipment;
- Knowledge of English and Polish at B2 level.
