- Execute Continuous Improvement programs for logistics operations
- Project management of Operational Excellence projects within contract logistics
- Drive, support and monitor the implementation of organisational and process changes
- Deployment of strategic initiatives in the area of process optimization and digitization
- Drive adherence to Operational SOPs, KPIs and regulatory compliance
- Identify gaps between the customer requirements and the logistics standard operating procedures
- Deploy training and development initiatives across the logistics sites
- Continuous Improvement and/or Operational excellence experience within supply chain & logistics
- Experience and understanding of 5s methodology and principles
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire teams and create a positive work environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
- Experienced in analyzing and documenting diverse business processes and workflows
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, positive, enthusiastic and self-driven
