Insurance Policy Analyst

Position Description Summary: This position resides within a rapidly growing insurance brokerage team which serves as a direct link between DB Schenker and its customers, insurers and brokers to include, but not limited to, the Principal Accountabilities listed below as well as renewal of marine, bonds and inland marine insurance, maintaining customer relationships, providing support and serving as a point of contact for existing insurance inquiries. Because the position is responsible for exceptional customer services, the Insurance Policy Analyst is essential to our continued success. In today's complex, constantly evolving marketplace, it takes a broad range of business acumen and skills to retain customer loyalty. Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): * Enter and maintain policy information and validate account data in AMS360 * Create and manage Acord applications and forms using AMS360 for distribution to insurers, brokerages and customers, as needed * Process insurance renewals for expiring policies utilizing AMS360 * Customer Invoicing * Provide Customer Service support to customers for policy endorsement requests or certificate requests (such as, adding additional insureds, adding or removing of vehicles/drivers, certificate holders, etc.) * Liaise with insurers and brokerages regarding policy endorsement requests. * Create and manage Renewal Lists using AMS360 for Renewal Process with insurers, brokerages and customers The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience, is a plus. Minimum of 1+ years of previous work experience is preferred. Applicant must be knowledgeable about Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto and Motor Truck Cargo coverages. Knowledge of AMS 360 is a plus.
