Dine oppgaver
- Primary contact window with customer on all assign projects including liaison with regional office.
- Take lead on all project discussion with the customer and be the internal lead for coordinating internal resources (Operations, IT, QA, Legal, HR and Procurement) and communication of project requirements.
- Working with operations team to achieve the target performance and business results.
- Organize and prepare reports and performance measurement for regular business review with customer.
- Develop, review and implement the SOP together with operations based on customer's requirement.
Din profil
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in 3PL operations of which 2 years in managerial capacity.
- Logistics experience in e-Commerce industry preferred.
