Customer Service - Contract Logistics - Guadalajara

Your tasks:

• Provide telephone and email support to clients.
• Perform administrative tasks (delivery orders, loading lists, etc.).
• Proactively offer solutions to clients to address their needs.
• Maintain constant communication to monitor and resolve incidents.
• Prepare and manage KPI reports.

Your profile:

• Academic background: Diploma / Degree / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English: High level required
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
