Executive - Air Freight, Export Customer Service

• To handle all export queries
• To liaise with shipper for collection arrangement and other export matters
• To liaise with sales and destination office for air approval and rates establishment
• To liaise with finance team, for shipment with COD payment or customer accounts that exceeded the credit limit.
• To liaise with Vendor Management to organize collection.
• To liaise with the Air freight planner for flight schedule
• To liaise with import team for re-export shpt.
• To liaise with the permit department for all export permits application.
• To liaise with the warehouse team for cargo acceptance, release, cargo sorting, packing or any storage request etc.
• To liaise with external vendor for DG packing, crating job, fumigation, etc.
• To liaise with export operation team to provide shipping instructions.

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in air freight, logistics, or export customer service is preferred.
• Qualification Min. Diploma in Air Logistic/Supply Chain Management    
• Experience Export Customer Service                
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.      
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellente communication and customer service skills.          
• Able to work on weekend and holiday (if necessary)         
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words would be an advantage
