The innovation work is carried out both by involving own resources and through partnerships through collaboration with academia, society and other players in the business sector. Examples of ongoing innovation projects are the world's first self-driving and electrically powered transport system for heavy transport on public roads, testing High Capacity Transports to increase transport efficiency and a pilot project regarding zero-emitting distribution vehicles in cities.
