    Join our team as a Data Centre Services Manager!

    Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence? We’re looking for a Data Centre Services Manager to join our team and act as the key link between our local VAD Operations team and the Control Tower (CT) team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse and delivery operations while exceeding customer expectations and maintaining high standards across the business.

    • Location: Ballycoolin, Ireland
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30

     


    What will you be doing?

    In this pivotal role, you will:

    • Manage the performance of local warehouse and Data Centre operations to meet SLAs and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues efficiently and ensure satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular on-site visits to Data Centres to build strong relationships, oversee adherence to SOPs, and drive operational improvements.
    • Provide timely, consistent feedback across all teams and deliver proactive issue resolution.
    • Develop and implement Best Practice initiatives, leveraging insights from the wider business.
    • Support business strategies and ensure operational excellence in line with company guidelines.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor cost-efficiency opportunities.
    • Guide and support local teams to achieve exceptional performance and service delivery.

    About You

    To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

    • Previous experience in a similar role managing warehouse and transport operations, ideally within a Cloud Logistics or 3PL environment.
    • Multi-country experience (preferred).
    • Expertise in transport, warehousing operations, and continuous improvement (CI). Green Belt certification or above is an advantage.
    • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
