    Working Student for 

    IT Management & Steering Region Europe, IT Hardware Asset Management and IT Management & Steering

    Main Tasks:

    • IT Hardware Asset Management
    • IT Asset Management at the Regional Head Office: 
    • Monitoring the inventory of IT hardware on stock and trigger timely reordering
    • Conducting an annual inventory incl. review and evaluation of responses
    • Reporting of changes for leasing devices to IT Procurement for proper cost allocation
    • Support for the Asset Recycling Management: Collecting & Registration of old equipment
    • Handling of IT equipment returns from off boarding's or replacements with new hardware
    • Preparation and maintaining Process Documentation


    IT&D Management & Steering 

    • Support the IT&D Portfolio Management Team with developing and maintaining Tasks for our Dashboards and Reporting
    • Support the IT Governance and the Regional CIO Office Team preparing Management related content 
    • Support in monitoring European specific measures also based on our OKR Methodology



    Your Profile:

    • Enrolled student (m/f/d) with a focus on (business) informatics, business administration, or comparable fields of study
    • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with Power BI is an advantage
    • High level of commitment and motivation
    • Analytical working style and methodical approach
    • Strong communication skills
    • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is desirable
