Senior System Analyst – IT&D, CL

This position is responsible to plan and manage the design, development, release and maintenance 

of business systems to support our organization's business needs. Detail on scope as below:  

1.  To assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyst user requirements, and 

recommend solutions.  

2.  To prepare Functional/Technical Specifications and system user's guide.  

3.  To perform system development, integration testing, and conduct user acceptance testing 

and implementation/deployment.  

4.  To support and maintain existing systems/business applications including troubleshooting 

and bug fixing.  

5.  To analyst user requirements and translate to technical specifications.  

6.  To encode, test, debug and document programs based on technical specifications.  

7.  To participate in relevant areas of Systems Development Life Cycle and project management 

cycle.  

8.  To ensure relevant documentation are in place.  

9.  Maintain and support system/business application.  

10. Any assignment assigned from time to time.  

1.  Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business Computer /Computer Science or equivalent  

2.  at least 5 years working experience in development - programming, implementation of 

system solution and application enhancement.  

3.  Knowledge on SQL Database and programming such as Visual Basic, Power Builder, VB.net , 

Microsoft SQL server, Oracle 

4.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  

5.  Strong determination, proactive and able to multi task and work independently in a fast 

pace environment  

6.  Good interpersonal and communication skills  

7.  Experience in SDLC and able to manage stakeholders 

8.  Good team player  

9.  Knowledge in warehouse management system. Will be a plus if have Blue Yonder 

knowledge.
