    Uw taken

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
    • Reviewing invoices to verify accuracy and completeness of information.
    • Preparing and submitting payments for approval and processing.
    • Coordinating with vendors to obtain missing or incomplete invoice information.
    • Maintaining good relationships with vendors and responding to their queries in a timely manner.
    • Resolving vendor disputes and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procure to pay transactions.
    • Reconciling procure to pay records with vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
    • Assisting with month-end closing procedures, including preparation of reports and reconciliation of accounts.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to procure to pay processing.
    • Monitoring and identifying any potential fraudulent activity in procure to pay transactions.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.

    Qualifications:

    • Willing to work on a fixed term contract of 6 months.
    • One or more years of experience working in a procure to pay role.
    • Studies in the field of accounting, finance and economics, preferred.
    • Experience working with accounting software and other relevant software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Ability to work with numerical data accurately and with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting of financial information.
    • Working knowledge of accounts payable best practices and procedures.
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Very good English language skills.
