Responsibilities:
* Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
* Reviewing invoices to verify accuracy and completeness of information.
* Preparing and submitting payments for approval and processing.
* Coordinating with vendors to obtain missing or incomplete invoice information.
* Maintaining good relationships with vendors and responding to their queries in a timely manner.
* Resolving vendor disputes and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procure to pay transactions.
* Reconciling procure to pay records with vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
* Assisting with month-end closing procedures, including preparation of reports and reconciliation of accounts.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to procure to pay processing.
* Monitoring and identifying any potential fraudulent activity in procure to pay transactions.
* Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work on a fixed term contract of 6 months.
- One or more years of experience working in a procure to pay role.
- Studies in the field of accounting, finance and economics, preferred.
- Experience working with accounting software and other relevant software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work with numerical data accurately and with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting of financial information.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable best practices and procedures.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Very good English language skills.
