    Position Description Summary: Provide leadership in the planning, designing and implementation throughout the entire account management cycle. Responsible for the development of policies, procedures, and processes concerning proposals, implementations and the sales process. Responsible for the management of proposal production and implementation completion. Work as liaison with various departments and levels of management to coordinate and ensure successful proposals and implementations. Conduct training on proposal and implementation procedures to subordinates and other company units. Develop KPI's, analyze and recommend corrective action where appropriate. Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): * Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills in proposal and implementation decisions with substantial fiscal impact to company * Identify and coordinate the development of sales support tools and solutions to improve quality and productivity within global sales organization * Identify and evaluate account implementation performance and recommend improvements to increase quality and reduce quality-related defects * Drive accountability and accuracy as per the Global and Local Implementation Procedures * Oversee the coordination and facilitation of the implementation process and ensure compliance or revisions to original plans. Coordinate with internal and external departmental resources to ensure zero defects * Evaluate implementation processes and identify global implementation plan by performing strategic analysis of key business initiatives * Ensure business and financial interests are protected through the thorough examination of proposals, implementations and contracts * Participate in contract review committee meetings * Evaluate implementation results against company breakage reports; audit and research breakage issues * Assist in the measured improvement of inter-company breakage reports and AR DSO trends * Assist in process standardization of Customer Standard Operating Procedures and Customer Requirements Documents * Educate, train and empower subordinates through internal and external initiatives * Develop and recommend process improvement initiatives to Sr. Management The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation. Act as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements. Accountability - Manage through subordinate supervisors or professionals the coordination of the activities for functional area with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees. Impact of Decisions -- Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve goals results in additional costs and personnel, may result in serious schedule delays as well as jeopardize account and or company profitability. Working Relationships - Frequently interact with subordinates, customers, and/or functional peer managers. May interact with senior management. Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers. Scope - Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives. Provide guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules. Establishes and recommends changes to policies which effect subordinate organization(s). Essential Functions: Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

    Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): This is a management position. Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Generally prefer 2-4 years of related supervisory or management experience.
